Since 2022 I've progressively integrated AI engineering into my work: agentic workflows, MCP servers, and LLM APIs. I develop custom skills, AI-assisted code review, and automate the development cycle from planning to pull request.
Beyond the code, I bring a unique leadership background: 20 years as a basketball coach and FIP National Instructor have shaped my ability to motivate people and guide teams toward goals that have value. At a major European financial institution I led the frontend architectural modernization of payment applications. The work transformed a legacy, hard-to-maintain architecture into a clean and scalable solution based on Atomic Design, adopting the modern React ecosystem: React Query, React Hook Form, Tailwind, and TypeScript.
